The company provides accounting, bookkeeping, business consulting and other administrative services.

2. What personal data do we collect

We collect only data that you voluntarily provide us with via the contact form on our website. This data includes:

  • Name and surname
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • The content of your message / query

We do not collect special categories of personal data (such as health data, religious beliefs, political opinions, etc.).

3. Purpose of processing and legal basis

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Responding to your query or request
  • Preparation and delivery of a business proposal
  • Establishing and maintaining business cooperation
  • Customer Support

The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR). Since you have contacted us yourself with a specific enquiry, we consider that our interest in responding to your enquiry does not conflict with your fundamental rights and interests.

4. Personal data retention period

We keep your personal data for as long as the business relationship is active or there is a legitimate reason for data retention (e.g., an unresolved query, active collaboration). After the termination of the business relationship and the expiry of any statutory retention periods, we will delete the data or make it irretrievable.

If a business relationship has not materialised (for example, an enquiry has not led to any further collaboration), we retain the data for a reasonable period, and for no longer than is necessary for potential legal protection, after which it is deleted.

5. Recipients of personal data

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. The data may be available to:

  • Hosting provider — our website is hosted on servers within the EU/EEA, which processes data strictly on our instructions.
  • Google LLC — via Google Analytics 4 and Google Fonts tools (see section 7).

We do not have any active Facebook/Meta pixel integrations on our website.

6. Transfer of data outside the European Union

The data we collect via the contact form is stored on servers within the EU and is not transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

However, by using the services of Google LLC (Google Analytics, Google Fonts), certain data (such as the IP address) may be transferred to the US. Google LLC participates in the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, which ensures an adequate level of personal data protection in accordance with the European Commission's decision of 10 July 2023.

7. Third-party cookies and tools

7.1 Google Analytics 4

On our website, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4), a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. GA4 uses cookies and similar technologies to collect anonymised statistical data about website usage (number of visitors, pages viewed, visit duration, etc.).

7.2 Google Fonts

Our website uses Google Fonts, a service provided by Google LLC for displaying fonts. When loading the page, your browser establishes a connection with Google's servers, which may result in the transfer of the user's IP address. 7.3 Google Maps

Our website contains links to Google Maps (a service of Google LLC). Clicking such a link opens Google Maps in a new window, with data processed according to Google's privacy policy. Our site does not have an embedded Google Maps map that loads automatically.

7.4 Technical cookies

Our website uses WordPress with The7 theme. The theme may set technical cookies that are necessary for the website to function correctly and do not collect personal data.
